Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 7-10 business days, not including holidays and weekends. Please double and triple check your shipping address before placing your order. Please be sure to include unit/Apartment numbers accurately. Our system is not able to identify unit/apt numbers. Thank you in advance!

Return & Exchange Policy

My Sister's Keeper products are handmade, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on MSK products. All sales are final once shipped. Since everyone's hair and skin respond differently, we encourage you to please request samples or mini sizes if you're unsure how our products will work for you! Please contact customer service if you have any allergies or would like to inquire about custom orders.
